Vamicon Ospro Property Management Sdn Bhd (VOPM), was
founded by experienced Property Managers with more than 30
years’ of combined experience working together in the industry.
Our motivation to start the company was to fill a gap that we
have consistently experienced in the current market, namely to
create a company that will put their clients’ interests above all
other considerations. To accomplish this aim, we will provide
clients with a customer-facing, competent and caring service within the Commercial, Residential and Facility Management
Sectors in Malaysia.

effective, responsive communications and our proactive
approach to management ensures that the operational and
financial performance of your property is and will always be our

OUR EXPERIENCE
Our two Executive Directors George Fernandez and Anthony Simon have worked with various
Developers and Property Management companies in KL, managing many Commercial and
Residential projects, and Facility Managment mainly within the Klang Valley and beyond.
George’s passion is to improve the standard of services available within the Property
Management industry by putting the customer front and centre of the company’s philosophy,
in addition to delivering a Professional, Reliable, Competent and Trustworthy service
Anthony believes that customer satisfaction is delivered through working together as a team
and he possesses the in-depth knowledge, skills and experience necessary for the successful
undertaking of any assignment and has always been an assset for Clients
